Nature of Service
We provide digital ERP software services (ApnaTheka – Smart Wine Shop ERP).
As this is a digital subscription service, no physical goods are shipped.
Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically generate refund for current cycle.
- Access continues until subscription expiry date.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable once digital subscription is activated.
- Refund may be issued in case of duplicate payment or technical billing error.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method (including PhonePe, UPI, Card, etc.).
Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial use of subscription period
- Failure to use service after activation
- Change of mind after payment
